If you want to future proof your house, then this is the stove for you. The 400E is independently certified to the new Eco Design standards. Emissions and particles have been cut to a fraction of what older stoves emit. Man has burned wood for millennia, now Boru have refined it and brought wood burning out of the stone age and into the technology age. It has all the usual Boru refinements as well as CAI (outside air supply) as standard and it suits most standard 16" or 18" fireplaces.
