By placing an order through Natural Green Energy, you agree to the terms below:
1. Processing Times
All orders are processed within 3-4 (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 11am will be processed the next business day.
Delays may occur due to high order volume or unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for such delays due to shipping traffic.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Natural Green Energy is not liable for late deliveries caused by shipping carriers, weather, or customs.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available). It is your responsibility to track the shipment and ensure availability for delivery.
4. Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. Customers must contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
5. Incorrect Shipping Information
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Replacements may be sent at customer’s expense.
6. International Shipping
We do not ship outside of the Repiblic of Ireland
7. Returns Due to Non-Delivery
If a package is returned due to refusal, non-collection, or incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for all reshipping fees. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
